Robert Wheeler is the Director of Publishing Technologies at ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), where he helps guide their digital strategy and publishing business, with a particular focus on the Standards publishing program. He is Co-Chair of the NISO SSOS (Standards-Specific Ontology Standards) Working Group and the NISO STS ([XML] Standard Tag Suite) Standing Committee.
