Dr. Oscar Omondi Donde (Ph.D.) is a Kenyan, currently a Lecturer and Head of Environmental Science Department, Egerton University, Kenya.   He is the Editor in Chief of Pan Africa Science Journal, Crossref African Ambassador and incoming Crossref Board Member (from March, 2023).
He holds a PhD degree in Environmental Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Science, an affiliate of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. MSc. Degree in Limnology and BSc. Degree in Applied Aquatic Ecology, both from Egerton University, Kenya. His main research interests are; Sustainable control of eutrophication and pollution, Constructed Wetlands for sustainable water quality management, Low-cost green energy in Fisheries and Aquaculture, Low-cost energy in Environmental Health and WASH, Environmental Pollution and Management, Ecological Modelling, Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System, and Environmental Microbiology and Biotechnology (Environmental Transcriptomics, Metagenomics and Metabolomics.
