Nicolas Fleury is co-founder and managing partner at Stractic Advisors, a boutique advisory firm based in Switzerland.

Nicolas has more than 30 years of experience of leadership at the international level, and is one of the world’s most respected leaders and influencers in standardization. He has been an active contributor to the development and transformation of ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, the world’s largest developer and publisher of international standards where he started his career in 1988. There he lead each and every single function, including standards development, marketing and sales of standards, and information technology, before being appointed ISO Secretary-General (Acting) in 2017. He was also a member of ISO's governing bodies, in charge of the groups on commercial policy and finance.

 Nicolas sits at various boards and advisory boards in the higher education and human high-performance coaching sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Sciences with specializations in marketing and computer science and an M.B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He is also an Honorary Professor of the University of Qingdao in China.
