Hanna Shmagun is a researcher at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) in South Korea. She is also a PhD candidate in S&T Management Policy at the University of Science and Technology (South Korea). Among her areas of interest are S&T policy, Open Science (open access, open research data, etc.), Digital Transformation/Digital Governance. She is a co-chair of the Research Data Alliance (RDA)’s Sharing Rewards and Credit (SHARC) Interest Group and a member of the UNESCO's ad-hoc Working Groups on Open Science.
